CLUE: A Burlesque Murder Mystery + Movie Night

All detectives, sleuths and gumshoes are cordially invited to a unique murder mystery show, featuring a killer cast of New Orleans' own burlesque, and variety performers portraying the infamous suspects from the board game and cult film. Do beware and pay attention! You'll have a chance to solve the mystery, and win a prize! Stay tuned after the murder is solved for an after-party screening of the beloved film "Clue" starring Tim Curry and Christopher Lloyd. Who knows, you might end up rubbing elbows with a suspect or two....If you dare! There will be limited VIP tickets available. These tickets receive preferred seating, one glass of champagne, and table service, provided by the Broadside Theater.

Doors open at 6p, for a HARD 7p show time, immediately followed by the movie at 8:30p.

FAQs How do I buy tickets? Tickets are available online at bit.ly/clueburlesque or, if they last at the door for $20-$30. Doors open at 6p. Arrive right when doors open to ensure you get an excellent seat.

Is photography allowed? Flash photography is not allowed during the show, but there is often time after to get pictures with performers. If you do take photos, please let the performers know and tag The Society of Sin if you post the photos: @thesocietyofsin on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

What is the policy on tipping? If you enjoy our performance, you may throw money into our tip bucket or on stage. We ask that you do not touch the performers.

How much of the proceeds go to performers? Performers and the crew (sound person, stage kitten, etc.) receive 80% of ticket sales and 100% of tips, raffle tickets and merchandise sold.

What is the dress code? Typically on the nicer end of casual, but we always appreciate it when people come dressed to fit the theme in costumes related to the show.

How long does the show last? The burlesque show lasts roughly 90 minutes with a full length showing of the film "Clue" after.

Do you sell merchandise and other items at the show? Yes, we regularly have merchandise from stickers to t-shirts to pasties for sale at the show.

I'm bringing a friend who is celebrating a birthday, getting married, etc., is there anything special that I can do for them? We sell raffle tickets every night for a chance to be pulled on stage with the cast at the end of the show. Friends are encouraged to take photos/video. Is there an age restriction? Patrons must be 18 or older to attend.
