Roll for Seduction: The Burlesque Adventure Where You Decide What Happens - About Last Night

The Society of Sin Burlesque & Variety, New Orleans' premiere nerdlesque troupe is back on stage at The Allways Lounge for "Roll for Seduction: The Burlesque Adventure Where You Decide What Happens". Join us for an evening of RPG-inspired magic as Xena Zeit-Geist crafts an enchanting adventure story which your decisions will decide the outcome of featuring original fantasy characters and burlesque performanced created by some of New Orleans' most talented burlesque and drag stars, including Ariana Amour, Ooops the Clown, Anjle, and Ash Wednesday.

In this RPG-style adventure, you and Xena Zeit-Geist star as best bros as well as wannabe paladins who've pledged themselves to party god Broseidon and must honor the bro code while living the rough and tumble life of a himbo sellsword. When our story begins, you, Thad the Epic, awaken in prison with no memory of what has happened during your wild adventures the night before, while Xena, your bro-star Brad the Righteous, comes to in the trash right outside your cell, also with no recollection of the night before. The two of you quickly realize that The Priceless Artifact that you were supposed to be delivering to the Queen is missing, and she's going to be super aggro if you don't find it and get it back to her pronto. Since you're stuck in jail, you must use your bro bond to rise to the broccasion and make choices that will help lead Brad back to the Artifact, get you out of jail, and get the artifact to the Queen so you can both collect your reward money and throw a massive rager honoring Broseidon.

This is so awesome!!! Do you have a fan club or something? I want to support the troupe! Xena and most of the cast have different fan clubs that can be found on their social media, but for behind-the-scenes updates, discounted tickets, monthly merch mailed to your house and more, here is a good place to start.

How does pre-purchasing a ticket work? Simply buy a ticket through Eventbrite or The Society of Sin's website and show us the tickets on your phone when you arrive at the show.

What is the policy on tipping? If you enjoy our performance, you may throw money into our tip bucket or on stage before, during or after the show. We work really hard and love when people show their appreciation with tips! You can also throw money in our digital tip jar by tipping our Producer and putting "Roll for Seduction" in the memo.

What is the dress code? Typically on the nicer end of casual, but we always appreciate it when people come dressed to fit the theme in costumes related to the show. Feel free to dress as your favorite fantasy character or an original RPG character of your own design!

Do you sell merchandise and other items at the show? Yes, we regularly have merchandise from stickers to jewelry to panties for sale at the show. We also have a couple shops online if there's something else you'd like.

I'm bringing a friend who is celebrating a birthday, getting married, etc., is there anything special that I can do for them? For our safety and yours, we are currently planning on limiting physical contact with the crowd, but there are still plenty of things we can do to make your night special! Is there an age restriction? Patrons must be 21+ to attend.
