Next Two Burlesque Plays Announced—Dr. Who & Star Wars
Today, The Society of Sin announced its next two big burlesque parody plays for 2015! On Sunday, November 22, 2015, we will be performing a Doctor Who show called "Doctor Who-Ha: A Doctor Who Burlesque Parody" at Eiffel Society (2040 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA). Tickets went on sale today and are $20 for VIP and $10 for General Admission when you buy online but will go up to $15 at the door the night of the show. VIP tickets are expected to sell out within the week. The show will play for one night only. The show will star Cherry Bombshell and will partially be a celebration of her birthday as well as the 52nd anniversary of the television series.
Our last show of 2015 will be a remount of our Star Wars/Pulp Fiction crossover play, "Pulp Science Fiction." Much of the original cast is expected to reprise their roles, including Xena Zeit-Geist as Darth Vader and Princess Leia, Cherry Bombshell as R2-D2 and Jabba the Slutt, and Leg Luthor as C-3PO. The remount will take place at Eiffel Society (2040 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA) on December 20, just a few days after the new Star Wars movie hits theaters. Our last Star Wars burlesque show completely sold out when we performed it in May, so we're encouraging people to purchase tickets early if they want to be guaranteed entry.
